Delivery

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders.

Each order requires 1-3 business days for processing.

Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address.

Usually, it takes approximately 4-7 business days for an order to be delivered, depending on different countries, areas and shipping carriers. Please be aware that we have no control over shipping process.

For security purposes, we're unable to redirect the package once it has been shipped. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. 

Returns

We accept return on products. Customer has the right to apply for return within 14 days after delivery. Please contact amaltica.store@gmail.com for return validation and make sure to follow the return instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When you do returns we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be mailed back to our lab. Failure to complete a return with these instructions may result in us being unable to refund your returned items.

The shipping costs of the returns will have to be paid by you but we'll offer a discount with the value equivalent to the shipping costs to be used on a next purchase.  

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after a few days, please contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all these steps and still haven’t received the refund. Please contact amaltica.store@gmail.com.
