What if I need to change my order?
If there is any change you want to apply to your order, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours after you place your order. Kindly note that no changes can be made if the order has been shipped out and completed.
What's the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on amaltica.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you signed, go to your account in the menu, and behold! Your info's all there. You're always welcome to reach out via emailing email@example.com.
When will I get my order?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders. Please allow 1/3 business days for processing and 5-15 for delivery. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.
How long will the items of pre-orders be shipped?
The items of pre-orders, along with the rest of the order will be processed once the stock becomes available, the date shown on the website is only a guide. We will however process your order ready for delivery to you either on the date shown or shortly afterwards. Please check the timeframe we updated on the page of pre-order items.

What is your exchange policy?
Because we don't offer direct exchanges, we suggest that you return your original purchase for a refund before ordering a new size or color. If size of jewell does not fit, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Humidity, salt and solvents may cause permanent and irreversible wear and tear. Please avoid direct contact with heat, oil, cosmetics and other abrasive products. Please keep away from excessive friction and overexposure to direct light to prevent the monogram from fading. To maintain the original quality of the accessory, store your accessory in a clean and dry place when not in use.
